Disrespectful service and steering to get more money from me and after I refused made to wait forty five extra minutes and was humiliated when the lead person used and also waiting customer to call me

Upon arriving to counter to pick up my reservation I was told by DaManion(not sure about the spelling of her name the printed copy of my reservation was poorly printed )She told me that I was entitled to get a big truck with my reservation because that is what she had the most of and thats whats available at this time and if I wanted something different she could put me in another car for an additional $75. She assured me that this rate increase was still cheaper than any other rental place around.She asked me if I felt comfortable driving a big truck I told her yes if that is what the special User's recommendation: Unfortunately no I’m not willing to subject anybody to this type disrespect for the companies offered programs and disrespect to an repeated paying customer and dragging out my departure from the facility.
