Disrespectful behavior from staff at Regions bank

Bank staff treatment of client with disability. Then after attempting to call someone at Regions I've taken two surveys and sent an email. After being hospitalized nearly 10 weeks with covid complications I returned home to several statement from bank saying I'm 10 dollars minus in my account. I come to bank explain what happened in told my account had been closed. I need to pay the 10 before they can do anything. So I pay then the woman stands over me and in the most scolding inferior tone tells me that I will need to be more careful in the future if I'm opening another account here because they can't have closing & opening accounts. As though this had happened previously, which it has never So declined to continue the interaction or further banking at Regions. User's recommendation: Bank elsewhere.
