Update by user Aug 09, 2021 Still can’t get through now for 4 days Original review updated by user Aug 09, 2021 Cant get through it took 8 hours on Friday and to calls fail terrible they answered right away when pressed new booking button but if any issue with cancel or changing buttons not answering very strange the worst service Im a ex travel agent their staff are not trained properly like robots I need this resolved as need rebook travel dates my son got ill night prior travel with covid symptoms
