Disputed charge!

Hey My name is Timothy Gleason and I just noticed my account is in the negative. So sometime last week i locked my account bc Ive been having unknown charges and the account is STILL LoCKED and an unknown charge for $240 was allowed through. Can u please rectify this situation? This is NOT something I signed up for. Can u please fix this issue? If u have any questions please feel free to call me! User's recommendation: watch out and dont exect any help.
