Dispute inappropriate charging

Aug 25 until November 1st 2020 due to hurricane Laura and hurricane delta I had no service due to down cable lines and repairs 8-8 till 9-7 is first Bill in which I did not have service 8-25 until 9-7 of this bill. Then 9-8 till October 7 no service at this bill 10/8-11/7 no service and part of next bill no service which dates 11/8-11-20 no service at home. Charging 169.01 for service a month I did not receive. They told me I cannot cancel account until paid in full today on phone. And refuse to credit me for time of no service due to hurricane Laura and delta both declared federal emergency. There was no electricity or power or cable lines during these periods even when power did return I did not have cable for month and half. They refuse to cancel or reimburse for times of no service. I should not have to pay 4 1/2 months of 169.01 for no cable and internet in my home this is poor business and refusal to let me cancel and I wont pay for service I did not receive. I have reported to mayor and also attorney general as well as BBB then being told I cannot cancel so you will continue to bill me still this is poor and unprofessional business and people answering the phone are difficult to understand as well as rude! Poor business and unprofessional User's recommendation: Do not use.
