Original review updated by user Jun 15, 2021 I charged a purchase on my JetBlue MC through Barclays Bank. After a very long wait, I received 2 sunflower wreaths portrayed on their website to be full and very nice. I received the wreaths that look like they were made by a child in kindergarten. Emails to the company went unanswered and there's no phone # to call to get an address to return the wreaths. I disputed the sale with Barclays Bank and they sided with the merchant after I sent a 2 page letter with several pictures of what was depicted on their website and pictures of what I actually received. The wreath hanger is a twist tie! Barclays Bank sided with the scammer and won't return my $80 to their customer! User's recommendation: Barclays Bank sides with a scammer instead of their cardholder. Do not open a card with them.
