Displeased with where I was supposed to get van.

When I got there she said it would be another hour wasnt there yet. It ended up being to 2 hours late. The van finally gets there and its dirty inside I doubt it was sanitized. But the worst part was the two front tires were bald. Did not take vehicle due to safety reasons for my family. She kept saying it wasnt her fault, well then whose fault is it?
