Bought on the 31/5/2017 in the Disney Store Dublin on Grafton Street. Used for the first time 1/6/2017 Disney "Freezer Gel" Cup with straw cracked as I put water in to it the day after I bought it. I had followed directions on the leaflet to put it in to the freezer for 30mins to allow the "freezer gel" to cool and then filled it with cold water from the tap. As soon as I had filled it the cup cracked and plastic from around the rim cracked and fell off. This was the first time I had used it and I follewed the instructions. I was glad I had spotted the problem as if I had handed it to a child they could have cut themselves. I had such a fabulous experience in the store and this really disapointed me. I had traved from cork and I dont know when I will be in Dublin next. I hope to get this resolved as soon as possible with a full refund.
