Soles of both Ecco shoes disintegrated during the same wearing, leaving a trail of black rubberized material everywhere I stepped. Although past the official Ecco warranty period, I contacted Ecco Canada 3 times to see if they could/would do anything, particularly as the photos supplied to them otherwise demonstrated that they had been minimally worn. Ecco didn't have the courtesy of replying.
