Model MDB4949SKZ, SERIAL FAO701595, purchased DW in 3/21. It ran well for two months and started to display error and would not run. Had a repair man out(Best BUY) and states that it needs a new control board and soap dispenser. Its been over 4 months waiting for parts, a unhappy wife and a broken machine. The machine has been broken longer than it has worked!, I an very dissatisfied customer and have a very low opinion of maytag. I just purchased a new washer/dryer and did not loo at any Maytag products. I want you to get this resolved ASAP.
