I contacted the corporate office regarding my poor experiences with this particular Bojangles, and they assured me they would pass on the information to the Regional Mgr who would take some sort of action to correct the situation and needless to say...no one from that office has further called me to let me know the problem was addressed or anything. Popeye's gives better service to me &;;;;;;;;; in many ways tastes better. I recommend people not accept bad behavior from when patronizing a fast-food or any establishment where you pay & its the reaI son they are in business.
