Purchased a 2012 Honda Odyssey from Billy Craft Honda in Lynchburg, Virginia in September 2017. At the time of the sale they did not let us know about an extended factory warranty on the vehicle. We had to fix the symptom twice. It wasn't until after the second time that we learned of the warranty. Turns out the vehicle needs a new/rebuilt engine. Now we're out thousands of dollars because Billy Craft was not honest from the start. User's recommendation: Do not do business with Billy Craft.
