Not to be trusted Gresham Subaru - Nick smith is the manager very slick *** artist We bought a truck for 14,000 and had problems with it after the first week. We had that truck in the shop over 5 times because they assured us they could fix it. Everything was going good and we took it in for an oil change and didn't get a block away from the dealership when the vehicle over heated. Apparently they did not put enough oil in it and blew the head gasket. Because it was their fault they traded us for a dodge derange but we had to pay 1, 200.00 for tax and licensing ( my husband's dad just died so we just took it because of the stress he was under) He took the vehicle back the very next day because the transmission was slipping and the engine light went off. The Subaru mechanic said he could not find anything wrong with it so we took it to a independent mechanic who said take the car back the transmission is shot!!!! My poor husband went back again and they traded him out again (each time the value of the car keeps going down) This time we got a Chrysler pacific and you guested it - It went back and they had to repair the front end. This nightmare has been going on for over a year and nick smith said it's because we are buying cheap cars and that is to be expect - yap you got it Nick smith blamed it all on us. He's the one selling us the cheap cars!!!!!!! So here we are $17,200. Into it and have a vehicle that blue books for 5,000.00 We have been jacked around, ripped off and lied to - this nick is smooth talker, kept telling my husband they were friends and my husband is such a nice man he fell for it.
