Bought from Bathzone Pte Ltd all the sanitary products for my house. Have order 3 nos of water closet (w.c) and 2 of them came are defective. Luckily, one of the wc with hairline crack is direct delivery by the agent, whom willingly replace a new product within 2 days. The other wc is directly from Bathzone. There is a crack on the water tank and was cleverly taped to avoid detection. When asked for a replacement, Bathzone insist that the delivery order is signed and certify that the goods are received in order. Some essential parts are also missing, shower hose & etc. Do not buy from Bathzone Pte Ltd @ 666 Geylang Rd, Singapore.
