On Dec. 8, 2018, I had a coupon for $99.00 5 rooms. A Tech person named Sam said I need to have Deep cleaning due heavy traffic areas in 3 rooms. He wanted charge me for $200.00 do the job. I won't accept it. He had to call his boss and offered me $150.00. After the job was done, he gave me a receipt to sign both signatures, then he told me about lipstick smeared on the carpet. I was shocked to see it. I couldn't understand how it happened. I used a brush to pick up the hair first before I vacuum. No lipstick show up on the carpet. He should have told me about it before I signed. I checked reviews about the company and to my surprise, the reviews were several complains and how horrible their jobs done. I called the company and told me I accused the Tech person that he put the lipstick on the carpet. I never said that words, also he told the company I want light cleaning and I never say that either. I asked Tech how to get rid of lipstick and said I don't know. He wrote lipstick permanent on the receipt. I called the Company and no resolve to this day.
