James Fultz of Greenbelt Landscaping from Portland Tennessee, stated that for $150.00 he would treat the weeds in my beds. After doing only two treatments, using our water, we asked him to take care of the weeds again and stated he wanted more monies. I told him about our agreement, at that point he told me I was mistaken and I assured him I know what he told me. He proceeded to shout at me. I had just buried my mother 2 weeks prior, so he upset me greatly. He was dishonest and disrespectful. Shame on you James!
