I went to Mavis to get two new tires. I thought everything was ok until I had to look under my hood. Mavis had stolen my battery and switched it out with a smaller one that does not fit my car. I called to tell corporate office and no one has called me back yet ( it has been about two weeks). I have also experienced them adding $900 of work to my new Mavis credit card. Those charges did not belong to me. I only saw it because I checked my credit report and noticed the incorrect balance. This was two issues at the same location in Franklin Square Ny on Franklin Ave. They mistreat women there. User's recommendation: Enter with caution.
