Dish antenna

I called for my neighbor to get an antenna due to not getting local channels per the dispute you are having. They said they have to mail it to her then to call for a tech to come out. Why is this when they came here to my home with the antenna and installed it the same day. This is not good customer service in my opinion. Please advise.
