Update by user Jul 07, 2021 also told that i did not pay for insurance although i paid $175 for insurance as part of booking process!!! Insurance website provided 'under maintenance'. tried email, Email response says go to website!!!!! requested policy for insurance paid $175 not provided on several attempts to enquire told incorrect policy for cancellation. told to rebook with airline but airline tells to rebook with travel agent. dodgy as. cannot cancell - try to contact on website says' error please try again later', website does not work, insurance is completely useless, service staff false information provided. flights rescheduled without notice when at airport trying to check in. cannot provide alternative flight, cannot use service paid for and booked! complete nightmare. Stuck at airport 1am with no way of getting home! User's recommendation: do not use this service.
