Disgusting service. Dealing with a load of ROBOTS

Dear Robot, because of your disgusting service I will not be renewing my subscription or ever use any of your products again. I have logged all my efforts to resolve a simple request made by myself in trying to change my password. Yes that's right just change my password. I will go out of my way to show anyone interested in your products my experience of just wanting to change my password and show just how long your up to 48 HOURS TAKES, I'M STILL WAITING NOW, in fact since 23/07/19. Goodbye forever.
