We got the Hilton gardens in New Orleans and got there after midnight. I still had to pay for the night i stayed. My daughter left her retainer there snd they throw everything in the garbage can and told me they could not find it. I had to go there and look in the garage can and find her retainers which would have cost me four thousand dollars to replace. replace. User's recommendation: Do not book this hotel. I would give it a zero star if I could.
