I called in today(3/2/2021) to find out what is covered as far as birth control and instead of helping me I was directed to a site that didn't explain a damn thing. I have been trying to get my prescription taking care of since we switched over to BCBS in January(1st week). I HATE IT! This insurance doesn't cover anything none of the Dallas doctors take it. Its useless I have to go to CVS since BCBS doesn't deal with Walgreens anymore. CVS doesn't have anything you need, and they are overpriced. WIsh the city would have stuck with CIGNA User's recommendation: find another source of insurance.
