DISGUSTED AND IRRATED – POOR SERVICE AND PRODUCT

18kg Hisense T/Loader still under guarantee/warrantee. Had 3 repairs and its still faulty. Motor and gearbox was replaced already,still faulty. Left several messages for Gaynor Loff Cust Care supervisor, but never returned calls.Clothing soaking wet after spin,burning smell.Need machine to be replaced, but not getting any joy from Hisense. Disappointed,Disgusted, and Irrated.Will never buy a Hisense EVER AGAIN User's recommendation: NO - STAY AWAY - AVOID DISAPPOINTMENTS!!!!
