I happened to click on a link for listing my small business with this company and thought it would be a good way to reach other customers. I had little idea that the $300 I would spend for a "year" would turn into $800 and that customers would complain that they could not put much information into the "leads" and "opportunities". In my opinion, Home Advisor is just about generating money and they really do not care about the match between customer and contractor. $800 that did not turn into any jobs is an awful return on my investment. Do not use them, as a contractor or customer User's recommendation: Do not use them as a contractor or customer.
