Tried to get an Ambiano RC-3 rice cooker bought from ALDI, replaced within the warranty period. Had multiple e-mail exchanges where they asked for a receipt, fine. I sent a pdf file. Then they asked for a video of the problem, fine. Then they asked for shipping and other info in the same email because they were not tied together in their system. in their system.. We are still exchanging emails. They asked for the video again, because they corrupted the file, after two months User's recommendation: Don’t buy anything from Kalorik.
