Terrible experience with using this points system, extremely long wait times to talk to anyone, due to covid and family vaccination time (just now everyone fully vacinated 7/21) the points are now expired and Wyndham was not able to help me do anything about it. I feel pretty dumb as I am still paying for these points that I seem to have no way to use. This feels like a terrible scam.
