I was referred to a dealership by Costco, dealer price $1k more expensive that any other dealer without the program. When called Costco to complain rep did not know how to respond and that she will input my feedback for a resolution, and they will call back, 3 weeks later still waiting.....what a war of time User's recommendation: Forget about this program is not as they advertised.
