I was charged an additional month I had contacted Verizon via chat. I was told I have no more payments. Getting in contact w this company is a nightmare!! I will be visiting g my local store because I cant get i. Touch w anyone over the phone I have I. Writing that I will have no more charges. So happy I switched to t mobile. Much better customer svs User's recommendation: Stay away from verizon.
