Still getting more bills without service. We disconnected service 3 months ago, but still getting ever increasing bills. A nice lady talked to me about one month ago and said that she could get the account corrected, but then we got a larger bill this month. User's recommendation: Don't use Verizon. Almost impossible to change to another carrier.
