Ordered a sofa, they offered it to me on my facebook page and thru google advertising at several hundred less, they refused to honor, waited 6-8 mos for delivery, wrong color, they won't confirm they're correcting the mistake. Delivery men destroyed it dragging across concrete, tearing fabric and tried to shake me down for excess money. One Kings Lane said they're not responsible for shippers. Guys left before I could open the packaging, refused to wait. OKL refused me a manager or escalation when I called and emailed, erased my account history and wouldn't respond via email or telephone. Stuck with destroyed and wrong color sofa without resolution and sold my existing one to make room for this one. Oh and the clincher, they refused to reimburse my sofa warranty even though it's the wrong sofa. User's recommendation: DON'T DO IT, PRETTY PACKAGING, BAD COMPANY SINCE TAKEN OVER BY DIRECTBUY.
