On February 21,2021, I placed a delivery order to American Deli on Door Dash for a beef philly steak no mayo and no mushrooms and added a small fries; in addition, a 6 piece chicken wings. The delivery young man by the name of Richar was prompt and I asked him to wait momentarily while I check to make sure my order was complete since on prior occasion they had not delivered a small fries. Upon checking my order, I saw they had not included my small fries. On both occasions I was charged for the fries and were not delivered. In addition, upon inspecting my Philly steak sandwich, there were no bell peppers and no onions. I tried several times to contact the store by phone, but to no avail - the phone just rings and rings and no one picks up. User's recommendation: My recommendation is that no one orders from this company on Door Dash.
