In the Bike category they sometimes list multiple bikes in one auction. In our case we won 6 bikes. Property Room so mishandled those bikes that when we came to pick up there was new extensive damage to the frames, huge dents, scratches which were not there in the photos. When we complained, their response was, "well, you can get your money back." To me this is bait and switch because they feature one thing and give you something else. User's recommendation: Don't go there.
