Disappointed in my equipment Unable to be repaired

Update by user Oct 28, 2020 I have yet to hear anything from Bowflex. I called Customer Service several weeks ago. Original review posted by user Sep 28, 2020 I purchased a Tread Climber TC10 directly from the company. I had one issue with it and now from what I understand it cannot be fixed because the replacement part is no longer made. I am also unable to find a used part. Basically all that is wrong with the machine is the START button. It is no longer working. The technician tested everything else out. So I have a hunk of junk sitting in my office that cannot be fixed nor will it ever be able to be used again. How can you expect a $2400 piece of equipment to be now junk for only a START button. I would love to hear from someone from customer service. I have already called and waited over an hour to talk to someone that has said there is nothing that can be done.
