I have been in the plumbing trade for 30+ years and have always considered Kohler a leader in the industry. I wanted a high quality product and purchased Kohler basket strainers for my own kitchen sink. I was disappointed when I opened the box and found a big made in China stamp on it. I will never purchase another Kohler product if it is not manufactured in the US. I have been to the Kohler training and production plant in Wisconsin. Very very disappointed plumber from northern New York. User's recommendation: Do not purchase Kohler.
