I received my first order, but it took longer than expected. That should have been a RED FLAG. I further investigated the site and found that the clothes are not washed and that returns MUST be sent 14 days from the ship date. If your shipment is delayed, like my order was, you cant return your order. My first order is not a good fit. A 2nd, PENDING order cant be canceled on the app or on the website. No use trying to reach customer service. Im disappointed and will NOT use thredUP.com again. User's recommendation: Go to a consignment store instead.
