Dis-satisfied with companies claim department, not able to get through or get a response after leaving several messages.

My Honda Pilot was in the auto repair shop and was not able to submit a claim for almost 2 weeks. Was never able to get through to the claims department for approval. The shop and myself left many messages with claims but never got a call back. Finally, had to get my Honda to a neighborhood mechanic to repair my Pilot and pay out-of-pocket. Hoping to get a refund if I can ever get through. User's recommendation: Do not buy warranty, can never get through to claims department.
