At the front door the floor is nasty. It has what looks like oil stains. There are cigarette butts at the benches. I shop here often and always feel queazy while entering. I shared my feelings with a "Store Manager" by the name of Seavana who stated the front was pressure washed recently (this is hard to believe due to the level of dirt). Belk is a high-end store that should be clean at the entrance aThe it is inside. thathshould a User's recommendation: Even though the store is dirty outside; inside has awesome values.
