This bank is the dirtiest bank I've ever dealt with. They bought my mortgage in 2005 and I've had problems with them ever since! They sent me a check because my escrow account was too high, then they raised my monthly payment $40.00 because my escrow account was estimated to be too low. the funny thing about it, they sent me another check this year for having my escrow balance too high. Last year I changed my insurance company, but they never got the information because their website is so bad. they tried to say my insurance lapsed even though I had home owners insurance the whole time. They tried to charge me $1,600.00 for a $400.00 policy, dirty little bank! Guess what they did again this year? They tried to pull the same trick again. After my old company raised my rates 25%, I got a new policy due to go in place when my current policy expires on 5/15/2019. They said my insurance expired on 4/13/2019 and got me a temp policy for #1,200.00, dirty little bank!
