i was contacted promptly by a high up in customer service. we talked for almost an hour. I was very happy with the conversation and immediate attention to resolve the issue. I was contacted by the company twice more and even from the president of the companys office. That is what i call customer service! The issue has been resolved and i think they will correct the way information is exchanged between billing and the customer to avoid similar problems in the future.
