I called earlier this week about digital copies that I had not received I went through all the steps that your customer service rep advised me to do, I linked accounts, took pictures, the whole 9 yards.... he then informed me that within 3 or 4 days someone would reach out about the digital copies and I have not received any additional help.. nor do I have the digital copies. The Big Bang Theory seasons 1 and 2 are the digital copies.
