Difficulty with nordstrom card

I had two representatives hang up on me. I was having difficulty placing an order. First a young women was on the line and I attempted to tell her of my difficulty in placing an order and she disappeared then a man got on the line and I explained my difficulty in placing an order and he hung up. The third young women explained that I was issued new card (which I never received) and that was the reason I could not place my order.... Will wait for a new card to be sent to me. Customer Service needs monitoring and a change of attitude.
