Difficulty paying bill enquiry

I have been put on furlough for over a month and did send an email and got no response, I then realize my bill has gone up without any notification I have been misled, and I have been continued paying my bill through Direct Debit until now due to me been off due to shielding and now my sky has been restricted and I cannot even speak to someone as sky customer service , I am again suprise that you can be so unprofessional please can you help asap please .
