Difficulty ordering online

Today (9/27/27) it seems your website has changed since last week (9/20/27) but it certainly isn't any friendlier. Last Sunday we did well with it until attempting to check out for curbside. We ended up having to pick up. We then learned we had two double orders even though it appeared no orders were accepted. Today, we had even more trouble and had to call in our order. After waiting around 10 minutes to talk with someone to place our order, we were finally informed curbside was no longer available even though it was listed on the internet. My husband drove there. He had to go inside even though we patronize no indoor businesses unless it's the only way we can purchase what we need. We wear masks any time we are leaving our home. We avoid entering any places unless we have to purchase medications, need groceries, etc. We haven't eaten in a restaurant since March. The reason? We respect the power of Covid-19 so we will do whatever is necessary in order to avoid it including wearing masks everywhere outside our home and sanitizing as much as possible. My husband and I are 94 and 83. We are continuing to hope and pray we will live long enough to see this murderous virus join the ranks of the flu when it will finally be under control. So you see why we want to do curbside. We love the food of Cracker Barrel but because of the above reasons and the service we are VERY disappointed. We may not order again if we have to continue going inside for pick up. btw, last week we had no butter or preserves. We didn't get any this week either. Thank you for providing an area to voice our complaints
