Difficult to reach customer service

I am trying to determine if a recent email from IL asking re updating my credit card info is legit. I am especially cautious as I was targeted in a nationwide phishing scam a month ago ( that I did not respond to) so trying to do my due diligence to ensure this is legit. Have tried to call the 1-800 number but the number choices to click on do not work. When I call the 443 number I am told there is a more than ten minute wait time. Reaching out to figure out how to resolve issue. I am. ot a pissed consumer so much as just trying to resolve this issue and cannot find an email to send my query to. Thanks for your attention to this matter.
