They came out and said my coil to my central air needed replacement. They didn't offer to replace it, just left and said there was nothing they could do. I've paid over $60 a month for several years, for them to just leave and not fix my central air. They didn't even say how much they covered to replace it and what my out-of-pocket price would be. NOTHING, just left!!!!!! Now I'm still WITHOUT air!!!!!! User's recommendation: Purchase from another company.
