Didn’t refund after canceling in ONE HOUR

I signed up for the dollar a day trial. Within an hour realized it wasn't for me. Emailed customer service to request a refund, and they have the option available for you to select mind you. I apparently accidentally signed up for an additional $21.99 a month membership fee. Went ahead and cancelled both memberships. Received an email stating that it was clearly displayed and basically I'm an idiot and it's my own fault for selecting that additional fee. Mind you I CANCELLED WITHIN THE HOUR AND WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE MONTH. Who runs a business like this?
