Didn’t receive reward points

Went to Fridays on my birthday Feb 16th. Server didnt put in my correct rewards but I didnt realize it until a few weeks later when I went back. I thought I would be close to a nice reward but noticed my points had not changed. Looked at my history &;;;;;;;; the only thing I got points for was a $2.09 purchase. Our bill was somewhere around $88. When I went back a few weeks later I saw the server we had. She remembered me being there for my birthday plus Im a regular. She apologized and told me to contact Fridays rewards to have the points added.
