Didn’t receive my items but they were delivered

I ordered 13 iteams on 6th / July/2021 Yesterday on 14/ July I received a message that my iteams were delivered but nothing was received . Maybe my address wasnt clear but I tried to contact you to give clear details of my address but I couldnt. The address is Apartment1 27 Watkin road LE2 7AW my name is Iman kajeji
