Didn’t receive Marta discount Protective service

The Manager was talking unprofessional with a rude tone in his voice. I had already explained to him that I work for Marta Transit in the Police Dept. as a Protective Specialist. He said( No Discount! )to me and I asked the cashier what is his name and for a Corporate number and she gave me the wrong information to call. User's recommendation: Treat all customers with great customer service support 24/7.
