Didn’t receive items

Still waiting to hear something about the order my mom placed the end of April. ROSEGAL took their money out if her bank account, and she STILL has not received her blouses. I placed a call, and was told it was mailed out, I believe the 13th of May, as of today's date, June 14, 2021, my mother is still waiting for either her clothing or a refund. We are NOT impressed with this issue. This was and will be her ONLY ORDER THROUGH THIS COMPANY. User's recommendation: Be very careful when you order from ROSEGAL, YOU MAY LOOSE YOUR MONEY AND NOT GET YOUR MERCHANDISE. LESSON LEARNED, as far as my mother is concerned.
